Hudson spent the night with us last night. We had SO much fun! He played outside on the slide, fort, and in his sandbox. Once the sun went down - which is REALLY early now, he watched football with Pops (photo below), and also went outside to see the fire Pop built in the firepit (photo right). He was so cute in his little jammies, stocking cap and house shoes.
The picture below is of him sweeping the floor. He loves to sweep!! Funny thing is, those are JB's Spiderman boxers and white shirt. It's hard to believe Hudson is already in his clothes.
Can't wait to see him at Christmas. This will be his first "real" Christmas. Last year he was really too young to know what was going on.

Brett,
You and Kelly are extremely fortunate in more ways than you could know. Taking advantage of the opportunity of giving individual love and support to your children and grandchild [which you both do exceptionally well] is one to be cherished.
I've had reason recently to reflect over some missed opportunities in my own family of origin for that kind of life and it was a bit sad.
Your Mom and I have attempted to know and enjoy with respect our kids and grandkids. We have and do and it is one of my best memories that will remain for life. Good job both of you.
Ahhh...thanks for the kind words. We truly enjoy not only our time together, but the time with each of our children - and grandchild.
We are blessed!
