I really like the pics and the design of your blog. The similarity of your pic to the Mr. & Mrs. Smith publicity shot is funny; yours was done before it too, right?

I call people all the time and don't leave messages!!!!! But I'll leave a message here. Looked at all the pics and throughly enjoyed them, although I did have to Google Playa! Had never heard of it. It looks gorgeous and fun! And after seeing Kelly in the swimsuits....I'm going on a diet tomorrow and beginning a rigorous exercise program! :) Okay, only 58,333 to go...but who's counting!?!

You guys would love Playa, but the biggest thing is staying at the Royal HideAway. It's awesome and the service is unbelievable. We're going back! Maybe we could all go together??

Brett, went to the Family picture album and found the picture you wanted me to see, i.e., the one of me taking a picture. I laughed out loud.
FYI: I had a change point in my life when Ty said to me something like Grams is always taking pictures. After pondering that one statement, I think I had a lightbulb moment seeing that my strategy in life might be staying at arm's length to a situation by hiding behind a camera. Later I could relive the situation and have my emotions in a safe time and by myself as I viewed the developed pictures. Interesting insight, don't you think? Since that time several years ago, I've hardly taken any pictures. Sad to say that was probably my modus operandi during your childhood, but, hey, I've got some good pictures to relive and re-emote through, LOL. Love you, Mom

Mom, funny how your comment affected me. I think I have taken up that role in my family. Kelly made the comment that I am not in any pictures that we have because I am always the one behind the camera. Your comment has given me pause to think that maybe there should be less pictures and more "living in the moment". You're able to see what I mean in the "New House" section of our album because I only put one picture in from "some" of the categories of the pics I took as the house went up. I think there are 250+ pics of the house in progress as it was being built. That's too many!
