Merry Christmas!

It's been awhile since we've posted on our blog. Sorry for the delay, but it's been a busy time of year for both of us.

All the shopping is complete and we are ready for the big guy to get here! Sierra and Pierce are with us and we have them all week. I've taken the entire week off to spend with them and keep them out of daycare...they are excited!

We have been to Brett's company Christmas party as well as my Marketing Dept Christmas party...both were fun. We were talking today how good we feel about the gifts we got for all the kids this year so it's been an all-around good season already.

It's 6pm and the kids are outside jumping on the trampoline with dad. They both have on 3-4 pair of socks, sweatshirts, gloves, etc...and I can hear them all screaming right now, having a blast!

Update on everyone...
Brandon sold his truck and has already purchased a white Tahoe. It's a used one, but really looks great! No dents or scratches, tan leather interior and of course, he's already put on new wheels and tires. He's very proud of it.

Megan is good and just found out about a week ago that the person she reports to is leaving the company to go back to school. Megan has already gone in to talk to the person that owns the company to say that she wants her job when she leaves. He is considering it. She is very driven and has done well for herself.

Sierra is out of school for Christmas break. I took her to the mall today to have her nails done and we did some last minute shopping...girl stuff. We had fun!

Pierce has grown up so much in the last month. We are working with both kids on their manners and he is catching on quickly. Funny story...when we told him that Brandon (bubba) got a new Tahoe, he asked us if it was the square or round body? How does he know these things? He amazes me sometimes. We laughed and laughed and asked him how he knew there were two body-types. He said, "you know, dad, we talked about it that one day" Doesn't forget anything.

Brett is great and just made Presidents Club at his office. That means he met his goal this year and they are rewarding their employees who made PC with a cruise in March. He has already booked our trip. We are also going to a Marketing Conference in Las Vegas with my company in January. Fun times.

Again, hope everyone has a blessed Christmas. We'll try not to wait so long to post another blog.

Merry Christmas!
